ひらかたポイントの運営にあたって取得する個人情報について以下の方針で取扱いを行います。

１　枚方市個人情報保護条例に基づき、登録された個人情報を適切かつ安全に運用するものとします。
２　登録された個人情報は、枚方市の管理のもと、委託事業者が適切かつ安全に管理するものとします。
３　個人情報とは、氏名、生年月日、性別、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス及びカードの利用内容など個人を識別できる情報をいいます。
４　個人情報は以下に掲げる目的で使用します。
（１）ひらかたポイントの各種サービスにおける個人認証
（２）枚方市指定の事業等におけるポイント付与対象者の確認
（３）ひらかたポイントの利用記録に基づく統計・分析情報の作成、提供
（４）ひらかたポイントのサービス向上のためのアンケートの実施
（５）カード発行時における不備事項等の確認
５　個人情報は、以下に掲げる場合を除き、第三者に提供し、又は開示しません。
（１）個人の同意がある場合
（２）統計的なデータなど、個人を識別することができない状態で提供し、又は開示する場合
（３）法令に基づき提供又は開示を求められた場合
（４）生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要な場合で、個人の同意を得ることが難しい場合
６　利用者は、登録した個人情報の確認、訂正、開示及び消去を求めることができます。その際、本市はご本人確認をさせていただいたうえで、合理的な期間内に対応いたします。
７　ひらかたポイントの運営主体が枚方市から変更された場合、本方針に記載の事項は、新たな運営主体に引き継ぐものとし、登録された個人情報は、当該新たな運営主体のもと適切かつ安全に管理するものとします。
８　その他、ひらかたポイントの利用に関することは、ひらかたポイント利用者規約を参照してください。

【ひらかたポイントアプリについて】

Google APIから受け取った情報の使用および他のアプリへの転送は、次のとおりです。

HirakataPoint Privacy policy

The personal information collected for the operation of Hirakata Point will be handled according to the following policy:

1 Based on the Hirakata City Personal Information Protection Ordinance, registered personal information will be handled appropriately and safely.
2 Registered personal information will be managed appropriately and safely by commissioned businesses under the management of Hirakata City.
3 Personal information refers to information that can identify an individual, such as name, date of birth, gender, address, phone number, email address, and card usage history.
4 Personal information will be used for the following purposes:
　1 Personal authentication in various Hirakata Point services
　2 Confirmation of point recipients in Hirakata City-designated businesses
　3 Creation and provision of statistical and analytical information based on Hirakata Point usage records
　4 Conducting surveys to improve Hirakata Point services
　5 Confirmation of defects at the time of card issuance
5 Personal information will not be provided or disclosed to third parties except in the following cases:
　1 When there is consent from the individual
　2 When providing or disclosing statistical data that cannot identify individuals
　3 When requested to provide or disclose based on laws and regulations
　4 When necessary for the protection of life, body, or property and obtaining consent from the individual is difficult
6 Users can request confirmation, correction, disclosure, and deletion of registered personal information. In that case, the city will respond within a reasonable period after confirming the identity of the person.
7 If the operator of Hirakata Point changes from Hirakata City, the items described in this policy will be transferred to the new operator, and registered personal information will be managed appropriately and safely under that new operator.
8 For other matters related to using Hirakata Point, please refer to the Hirakata Point User Agreement.
